Short-Term Rental Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made prior to check-in.
Cancellations are subject to the property's cancellation policy (see Cancellation Policy below).

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 11am. Late check-outs may incur extra fees.

Occupancy & Use
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No parties, pets, or smoking unless agreed in advance.

Property Care
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. A refundable security deposit may be required.

House Rules
Maintain cleanliness, respect neighbors, and adhere to quiet hours as specified.

Liability
The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

Termination
Violation of terms may result in immediate termination without a refund.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate)

• Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.

• 50% refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in.
